| I chose Karma after reading a Which? report for travel insurance for people with existing medical conditions. I don't consider that my health affects my daily life as it is well managed, and Karma is one of the few sites not to penalise me unduly or even refuse me insurance. |

| I needed travel insurance to cover me for a single trip including winter sports but not covering personal belongings etc as these were already covered by another policy. Yours was the only site I found where i could get this cover for my age group (65-70) at a very reasonable price. Others also failed to specify whether winter sports cover included search and rescue - I've been skiing for 47 (Yes, forty-seven) years and have never needed the helicopter yet, but it's always good to know you're covered!
Your service was also fast, efficient and very courteous.

| I found that Karma's web site was very easy to follow, no complicated questions and easy to understand (plain English) rather than jargon that some try to baffle you with. The cover is more than adequate and the price is well within our budget.
Overall I would highly recommend Karma Travel Insurance for a quick, easy and cost effective insurance product that is hassel free. |

| I was very impressed with the service I received in regard to travel insurance for my holiday.As I'm retired and over 65 years of age I found the information easy to follow on their web page, and if I had a query I could speak to someone at the end of the phone. | I have used Karma for my last 3 policies. I find the site easy to get around and understand, the benefits are clear and the prices always beat other providers. My wife and I both have underlying medical conditions but none that have impacted on our ability to take holidays - Karma prices seem to be the best and don't punish us unduly for not being 100%. I am fortunate that I cannot comment on the claims pocedure as I have never had to claim. I cannot envisage using another insurance provider for travel insurance although I do always obtain other quotes none ever come near. |

| I have tried lots of on-line companies specialising in pre-medical conditions, i can honestly say Karma who i have used twice now have easily out performed all the other companies on both quality & price, there web site is really good to use with all the information you need. I also booked standard travel insurance for my wife as the quality & price was also excellent. Based on my experience with Karma i have no reservations in recommending them for insurance & i will certainly use them again. |

| my wife and i are both age 67,this year, and my wife has diabetes type 1. we are both healthy and active, --- but when we tried to take out travel insurance ,once we stated the above, the policy price rocketed, this with all the major companies and the holiday specialised companies, they also required medical sceening.
KARMA WAS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT DID NOT EXPLOIT OUR AGE ,OR THE FACT MY WIFE HAS DIABETES, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KARMA FOR SERVICE,COST, AND EASE OF USE.I THOUGHT EXPLOITING AGE WAS THE NORM--- BUT NOT WITH KARMA WELL DONE

| From start to finish, I found the site and service provided, helped me choose the cover I needed for my family, with the least stress and hastle, even with my limited computer skills. My wife and two children have diabetes, and although we control it well, and have no extra requirements from people without it, tend to get penalised from most insurance companies even though we have never in our lives made a claim on our holiday insurance. ( This can not be said from most of the people I know without diabetes.) (Yet we still get penalised)
Not with Karma. Just the way we have been saying it should be for years. Thanks Karma. |

| As a primary school teacher I have to deal with ensuring the classroom environment and the activities I provide are fully inclusive of all my learners and all are treated fairly, this is common in all workplaces these days and rightly so! | Almost the only site I found that offered long-stay travel insurance for people with long-term medical conditions and for over-65s; all at a very competitive price (especially when used through cash-back websites). Easy to use site with clear differentiation between the benefits and limitations of each policy. A small percentage of payments also go to the world land trust. | I would highly recommend Karma insurance to anyone. My son had an awful year last year due to his illness, but now things have settled down somewhat I wanted to take him on a well deserved trip to Disneyland, but with travel insurance to cover his condtion to be 'on the safe side'. Thankfully my searches led to Karma Insurance, the site was easy to follow (unlike a lot of others!), they recognised my son's condition (unlike a lot of others!) and offered excellent value for money (no one else came near!) so we can now go on our holiday with peace of mind AND an excellent policy for cover.
